Anaerobic Natural from the Mountains of the Moon.
The smallholder farmers of Kyarumba grow their coffee along the fertile slopes of the Rwenzori Mountains in western Uganda. Agri Evolve, a profit-for-purpose business, collects these handpicked red cherries and ferments them anaerobically in sealed tanks for 72 hours before slow-drying them on raised African beds.
The result is a complex, indulgent cup bursting with notes of fresh black grape, red wine booziness and dark chocolate.
