Kenya has long been known as one of the world’s most exciting coffee origins, famous for vibrant acidity, expressive fruit character and remarkable clarity in the cup. It’s a country that consistently produces coffees with personality.
This lot shows that the same can be true for decaf.
Processed using the Sugarcane (Ethyl Acetate) method, caffeine is gently removed using a natural compound derived from fermented sugarcane molasses, helping preserve the coffee’s original character.
In the cup you’ll find brown sugar sweetness and toasted almonds, lifted by soft jasmine florals and a subtle peachy note in the finish. Clean, balanced and expressive, the kind of decaf that reminds us why we keep getting excited about coffees coming out of Africa.
