Gegrond knocked it out of the park with this blend. I was worried that we’ll get a typical Brazillian-forward, heavy bodied and dark espresso roast. Instead, the Two Peaks is a very modern blend – bright acidity yet soft, rounded and creamy mouthfeel and tons of natural sweetness. Makes a fantastic espresso and Aeropress, with distinct and unique flavour profiles that are surprisingly easy to develop. Generally an easy bean to work with as well, with seemingly low astringency. I’m loving this blend!
