Returning as the reigning Champions of Shot in the Dark 2021, we were given a rather unusual Tanzanian coffee to challenge us.
This coffee is from an old coffee estate on the outer slopes of Ngorongoro Crater a dramatic and wild landscape with lots of shade allowing the coffee to develop slowly and create lots of natural sugar! It’s a Kent varietal that underwent the washed process, and we can testify that it is BEAUTIFUL!
