Lekker Gin & Tonic

(Makes 260ml)

Daar vat hy nou!!

​Here we’ve playfully combined a gin and tonic with a kick of coffee.  You can now flex your creative muscles, selecting your coffee and gin for the flavours and aromatics they contain.  It’s essentially a blank canvas for you to build on with your choice of garnish.

​-Ingredients-

30ml gin, 30ml Gegrond coldbrew concentrate, tonic water to fill and top-up with garnish of your choice

​-Method-

Fill a tall glass with ice cubes, add the gin and coldbrew concentrate and top up with tonic water.  Get creative with garnishes, we recommend blue berries.
