Cold Brew Meat Marinade
Gooi hom oor daai vark tjoppie of kruisskyf!!
Great for adding interest to summer “braai’s” or warming winter dishes. This is a delish marinade recipe with Gegrond cold brew adding great dept. and flavour, this marinade will transform a steak or pork chop into MasterChef quality.
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves (crushed)
- 100ml red wine
- 100ml Gegrond concentrate cold brew
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Freshly ground black pepper.
Combine all the ingredients in a plastic bag or shallow dish, add the meat and rub all over. Seal the bag or cover the dis hand leave to marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
