This is the first Red Honey batch to pass through our roaster, and we are VERY impressed!
This beautiful bean from the Caturra Varietal, processed with the Red Honey method, scores a whopping 84,75 on the Q-grader score. It delivers notes of Crème caramel and stewed fruit, with medium malic acidity and a medium to full body.
It is espresso centric, dessert-like, and oh so smooth.
